Imagine having a cold drink, laughing with friends and family and enjoying playing retro games. When you Book an Event with BitBar Temple, you reserve the ENTIRE Venue for your EXCLUSIVE use, ensuring your event is hosted in a fun and safe way. Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, date nights or reconnect with friends and family, all with plenty of space for social distancing. Starting at only $300 for a two hour party!

Bookings Currently Allowed in 2 Hour Blocks:

Monday - Friday from 4pm - 6pm

Saturday & Sunday 11am - 6pm

Bookings Must be Made at Least 2 Days in Advance

  • What does my reservation include?
    Your reservation includes your exclusive use of BitBar Temple for the two hour reservation period, including the indoor seating area, outdoor patio seating and patio games space. All the games are set on Free Play for Unlimited Fun, no coins or swiping required! There are four TVs that can be set to your channel preference as well as a Jukebox for music. Non-alcoholic drinks will always be available for purchase regardless of whether you elect to have Full Bar Service or an Alcohol Free Party.
  • What is the difference between having a Bartender or not having a Bartender
    If you elect to have a Bartender and Full Bar Service at your event, the bar will be open for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout your event. You will also have a BitBartender in attendance for your entire event to serve your guests. You may elect to have the Bar Tab on a single bill (aka Open Bar for your Guests) or you may elect to have your guests pay their own way at the bar throughout your event (aka Cash Bar for your Guests). If you elect to NOT have a Bartender and Full Bar Service at your event, the bar will be closed. The BitBar Staff Member in attendance will be available to serve you and your Guests Non-Alcoholic Drinks (Soda, Tea & Water). You may elect to have the Drinks Tab on a single bill or you may elect to have your guests pay their own way at the bar throughout your event. You may also pre-purchase a set number of drink tickets to pass out to your Guests at the beginning of your event.
  • Can people under the age of 21 come to my private event?
    Yes! This is your event and you may invite anyone you would like. If you have people of mixed ages, we will put wristbands on those over the age of 21 at the door if you elect to have a Full Bar and Bartender at your event. The Bartender may also check the ID of anyone who appears to be under the age at 30 at their discretion throughout your event.
  • Can I bring my own Drinks/Alcohol/Beverages?
    No, you may not. Because we have a TABC Liquor Permit on the location, you are not allowed to bring your own beverages onto the premises. It is strictly forbidden by TABC protocols.
  • Can I bring my own Food/Cake?
    Yes, you may! We encourage you to bring your own snacks, food, and cakes to the party. We also have a partnership with Dynasty Chinese Restaurant next door if you would like them to cater your event. They can be reached at 254-778-4434 if you have catering questions.
  • What if I need to make a reservation for more than 50 people?

  • All of your reservations are setup in time blocks. What if I want a longer party or different time?
    If you want to book a longer event, you will need to reserve the blocks back to back in separate transactions. Our system does not currently allow you to reserve multiple blocks at the same time.
